$60,000-85,000 per year (base salary plus commission and performance bonuses)

- Develop and follow up on leads to schedule appointments and close new business
- Conduct needs-based conversations to assess customer risks and recommend appropriate coverage
- Convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative, relationship-based sales
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with team members on marketing and sales initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses within a short time (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with comfort working toward goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Proficiency with computers, CRMs, and Windows-based systems
- Prior insurance or financial services sales experience
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer service or relationship-management background
