Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with policy questions, billing inquiries, updates, and renewals
- Ensure customer needs are handled accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the agency by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior customer service or office experience preferred (training provided)
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 per year (base + performance incentives)
